Order Preparation
All products except for ‘Sample Sale’ products are handmade once the order is placed. Crafting is generally done at weekends, so orders will usually be sent out on the Monday after the order is placed.
If this timescale is unlikely to be met for any reason, I will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible after receiving your order.
For custom items, or where I am low on stock of the required materials/hardware, there may be a delay whilst I await delivery from my supplier in the Netherlands. If this is the case, I will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Local Collection
For customers local to Leatherhead, Surrey, there is an option to collect in person. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection to arrange a convenient time.
UK shipping
Website orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. A shipping fee of £4 will be applied at checkout. A RM tracking number will be provided once the order has been sent.
Bespoke orders may be sent using a different service depending on the size and weight of the products. All delivery options for bespoke orders will be discussed and agreed with the customer before the order is sent.
International Shipping
At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
