Stable Labels Returns Policy

I have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at stablelabelsuk@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, I’ll send you a returns shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that personalised products are excluded from this policy and are also exempt from the 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Any product on this website that requires a form to be completed before purchase will be considered to be a personalised product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Order Cancellation
Please note there is no legal right to cancel orders for personalised products, however if you do wish to cancel, please contact me at stablelabelsuk@gmail.com as soon as possible, and if your order has not yet been made, I may be able to cancel it for you. Any product on this website that requires a form to be completed before purchase will be considered to be a personalised product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at stablelabelsuk@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
